Secret Garden

Secret Garden is a collection of whimsical paintings inspired by solitary moments spent in my garden.

The slow passing of time as I work the land and wait for the new seeds to grow. The gentle reveal of a blossoming flower as it welcomes each hovering guest. The silence and pause experienced as I sat within it, intentionally unmoving like a statue. Slow breaths as I master the art of being an observer as I appreciate every visitor that lands –the buzzing bees, the gentle butterflies, the insects, the birds– each of them arriving with a message. The fullness of life that is felt in every humble harvest.

This series is a practice in the art of noticing and an invitation to honor solitude and self-connection as much as we value community and connection with others, to always soften into love, and to remain open to the quiet magic continuously unfolding around us.
